La veille

Mon amie Laura, sans connaître les circonstances de cette journée, frissonna spontanément à la vue de cette image et me parla, étrangement, d'holocauste... Pour moi, au moment de cette prise de vue, ce fut l'ange de la mort, regard direct sur mon objectif campé dans l'ombre. Un ami cher s’éteignait le lendemain...

My friend Laura, without knowing the events surrounding that day, naturally shivered at the sight of this image and, strangely, spoke of the Holocaust... For me, at the time of the capture of this picture, it was the angel of death looking straight at the lens, installed in the shadow. A dear friend passed away the next day.
